The District Boynton Frequently Asked Questions

The District Boynton is pet friendly. We welcome cats and dogs with a limit of two pets allowed per apartment home. We do not allow Pit Bulls or any mix combination of this breed. Based on our community’s location, there may be other breed restrictions that we follow in accordance with laws and local ordinances.
 

• Pet Rent is $25 per pet, per month.
• The non-refundable Pet Fee is $500 for one pet or $750 for two pets.
• The Pet Registration Fee is $20 for one pet or $35 for two pets.

We offer 7-12 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.
 

We offer free surface lot parking and reserved attached garages are also available for $150/month. Parking decals are $25/vehicle and are required for all vehicles.
 

Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the following options for income verification:

- Connecting your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or
- Connecting your payroll provider for payroll verification, or
- Uploading recent paystubs for verification.

Manual validation may be required.  Examples of documentation you may provide for manual verification include but are not limited to:
 
- Housing allowance documentation
- 2 recent bank account statements
- Offer letters
- Written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions, or tips
- Tax forms
- Proof of assets

We offer storage units for $35-$50/month.
 

Conducting any form of private business is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to short-term subletting and medical rehabilitation.
 

Yes, Palm Tran bus stops along Congress Avenue are about a 10-minute walk steps from the community. The Tri-Rail Boynton Beach Station is about a 5-minute drive, and Brightline service is available in nearby Boca Raton and West Palm Beach, each about 20 minutes away.
